What happens if something goes wrong during our vacation ?

Life would be too monotonous without hazards! Also, we remain available 24/24 to assist you with a special request or a possible problem during your trip.

Despite all the attention we pay to the organization of your vacation, Unfortunately, an error can sometimes slip into the smooth running of your stay. We then make every effort to resolve the inconvenience caused and this as soon as possible.

What is the reservation procedure ?

1 / Choice of trip and exchanges
Choose the weekend, the stay or the trip that suits you. Do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email in order to eliminate all your questions.

2 / Definition of the date of the stay
As soon as you you feel ready to book, tell us the possible date (s).

3 / Verification and guarantee of its feasibility
We then check the availability of your request and ask all the necessary booking options with our partners in order to guarantee the trip for a few days.

4 / Booking confirmation
We then ask you to confirm yourselves your reservation by sending the registration form in paper or digital form accompanied by the payment of a deposit.
