I must admit that when I called the agency on Sunday July 26, 2020 at 5:58 pm to let you know that of the 5 rooms booked, only 4 were available, I didn’t expect to be contacted immediately by you.
What’s more, the solution you presented to us less than an hour later quickly made us forget this unpleasant experience due to the carelessness of one of your service providers.
Working in the service sector myself, I’m convinced that it’s this ability to solve problems that will enable true professionals to survive.
