From beginning to end, we couldn’t fault the care we received and the quality of the accommodation.
All the accommodations were fantastic, and really different; a great cross section of places to stay, and they seemed like a thoughtful selection. Vegetarian options were also appreciated, and in Monpazier the meal was really thoughtful and delicious.
We loved the Manager at the Moulin de Madame, he was so accommodating and could not do enough for us. And the Manager and his family in Sarlat were so very kind and accommodating. His father drove me to hospital on the day of my last fall, and he also upgraded us to a much more comfortable room. Thank him so very much.
Clare at the cycle company was also great. Letting us know when she would drop the bikes off, giving us instructions and being contactable at all times. Fantastic.
Your people were proactive, professional, friendly and excellent. We especially appreciated their intervention when we had questions about whether we needed to pay the taxi fare on the first night driving into Villeneuve sur Lot for a meal.
Organising someone to collect us promptly after my final fall was also really wonderful of you. Thank you.
