- Firstly just to say that we had a fantastic holiday – a really enjoyable time – thank you for making it all possible
- The route took us to big cities, small villages, the seaside, and rural countryside so we saw and did many varied things
- Both bikes were delivered in excellent condition and appeared to be just about new
- I loved my e-bike and thank you for providing the Trek I asked for. It was very comfortable and even after 80km I had no discomfort with the saddle or my hands/arms/neck which I sometimes experience
- Obviously the e-bike was very heavy – it was an extra small but still more than ½ my body weight. I am used to this when hiring e-bikes and I know that the Bosch system is very good
- Suitcases were transported very efficiently. Only once did we arrive before our suitcases and they arrived soon after
- We did the Passage du Gois which was fantastic. Fortunately the low tide was about 11 in the morning which was perfect
- We stayed 2 nights in St Gilles because it was ½ way but we found it was also a good place to spend an extra day – nice hotel and plenty of restaurants and things to see
- The 2 nights in La Rochelle and a trip to Ile de Re was worth doing. Hotel Nicolas was in a great location and very comfortable
