Day 1 : "Journée Bordelaise" - Bordeaux Journey

Discover Bordeaux by coach, a guided tour includes short stops to walk around the old part of the city.

Lunch on the quai-side in a restaurant facing the Garonne river, original decor of the "Belle Epoque" style.

Boat trip on the Garonne with commentary. Visit of the Port de la Lune with a talk on ots history, its docks and the plans for renovation.

Dinner and overnight accommodation at a hotel near the cathedral in the heart of Bordeaux.

Day 2 : " Le Bassin d'Arcachon, site naturel d'exception" - The Arcachon Bay

Climb the dune du Pyla and experience an ouitstanding view of the Banc d'Arguin and the pine forest, followed by a walk along the sea front in Arcachon meeting craftsmen and street traders.

Seafood platter lunch "on board" and a commentary on the Bassin d'Arcachon followed by time to relax in the stern of the boat.

Visit the oyster museum in Larros hatbour. A film showing the origins and development of the Arcachon oyster industry.

Walk along the rows of picturesque oyster farmers' huts in La Hume harbor.

Dinner with a show in a cabaret.

Day 3 : "Saint émilion : cité médiévale et vignoble" - "Saint-émilion : medieval city and vineyards"

Visit a wine-producing château in Saint-émilion vineyard juridiction (UNESCO heritage). Discover a vineyard. Visit the storehouse with commentary, taste the wine of a vintage year.

Take a guided tour of the underground monument and the catacombs of the medieval city designated a world heritage site by UNESCO.

Lunch in a gastronomic restaurant. A stroll in the town to see the craftsmen and shops in the area.
